Delivery and Cancellation


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order already placed please call our head office on 01404 43000 as soon as you realise the mistake so that we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
 

Refund Policy

Providing the items purchased have not be used and the request for a refund is made with 14 days of the signed delivery we will refund the money for the item(s) purchased, less the delivery charge, via the same means as it was paid.  The goods must be returned to us at your own expense and the refund will only be issued when we have received them.

If the items have been used or in some cases opened, these will be displayed clearly on our site, a refund will not be given.

Items that have been used but then cease to function correctly will be either exchanged or repaired at the discretion of the Company.
 

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are based upon the weight of the purchased items.  The costs are calculated:

 

Product Weight:      Cost:
0 - 5kgs £7.50
5 - 10kgs £7.50 plus £1.00 per kg
10lgs - unlimited £7.50 plus £1.50 per kg

 

These charges apply to mainland Britain only.  If you wish to have your purchase delivered outside of this scope please contact our main office.

We may use several types of delivery methods but all of these will involve the purchase being signed for and allowance for this should be made as we reserve the right to charge extra for aborted delivery attemps.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within 3 working days unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.

 

Collection from our Sites

You may collect your items from either our Honiton or Swindon depots.  Unless marked on your order the default collection point will be our Honiton depot.  We will e-mail you to confirm when the goods are ready for collection and from which depot.  If you wish to change this please contact our head office on 01404 43000 or by e-mail to info@ashsafety.com.  We will then re-confirm when the items will be available for collection.
